We will snag your home for you and provide you with a compiled list including full pictures of any incomplete works, regulation issues and bad workmanship within your home. All you need to do is give the list to the builder.
We complete and provide precise snagging lists for the inside and outside of your new home. We can provide drone inspections to roofs and garage roofs, giving full reports of tile ridges, facia, soffits, and gutters and the all-around condition of the roofs, at extra cost.
We can also provide thermal imaging reports, at an extra cost.
Let us carry out your inspection for you. A small cost for possibly the biggest outlay you will ever make.
Our snagging report will help you:
- Flag up any issues in the property that fall short of the warranty standards.
- Flag up any breaches of building regulations or any other statutory technical guidance.
- Identify works which are incomplete.
- Identify where trades have not worked to a code of practice or regulation and the correct methods that should be used.
- Provide information before completion and after completion of the property, highlighting to you any outstanding issues that require completing.
Drone Inspection Service
For an additional cost, we can perform an aerial inspection that will be part of your snagging survey.
Using drones, visual data is recorded and then checked later.
Our findings and the images taken from the drone inspection will be published as part of your snagging report.
Thermal Imaging Service And Cavity Inspections
For an additional cost, we will take thermal images of all external windows and doors in your home. Thermal Images offer a non-destructive method of analysing your home using the latest technology.
Thermal imaging cameras convert thermal energy readings into visible light. Through the use of thermography, our inspectors can detect any number of issues associated with heat loss and poor thermal performance.
The use of thermal images can also identify water ingress and brick/rendering faults. All images taken will be published as part of your report.
New Home Extensions And Refurb Inspection service

From start to finish we can inspect your home to check the work has been completed correctly to the correct standards and regulations.
It is important to ensure any issues we find can be corrected and not covered up by your builder before moving onto the next stage of Build.

Fire Door Inspection Services
We can offer a complete fire door inspection service We are UK Fire door Trained and qualified to inspect Fire Doors.
We can offer you our knowledge of fire door inspections and advise which Doors need to be Inspected.
We can agree on non invasive or invasive inspections to suit you the Client.
We Inspect Homes, Flats, High Rise Flats ,Offices, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, shops, Factory units, anywhere where Fire Doors are used and need inspecting.
We identify fire lines of the building ,Location and Purpose of each fire door, and Compartmentation. We check on certification ,manufacture and Door configuration,

Re-Inspection after Completion
For an additional cost (£150) we can re-inspect your home to check that any issues we found during our snag have been completed correctly. Our re-inspection is important to ensure that the issues we found are corrected before the builder's warranty period ends.
Often builders will not complete such work to the required standard, which is why a re-inspection can be a great idea It is also an opportunity to assess the house for any new issues that may occur from weather changes shrinkage and general living in your property.
If you book our full price including thermal imaging and drone inspections we will visit homes throughout England.
We are also happy to visit locations further afield depending on the size of your property.
